Here is the scoop; We have a total of 47 different people registered for the meet at the host Hotel; This is our largest booking in the last ten years. These 47 people will be staying over 148 hotel nights combined. Now the Hotel is nearly sold out. Several members who have called in the last 72 hours were told that only suites were available. We sold out of our block of regular rooms in May. I just spoke with the Hotel Manager and she will work with our members. If rooms come available; she will hold them for the Bricklin club. In addition, the hotel only has 7 suites available right this minute. They normally go for $189.00 per night; However, she is willing to give us a big discount. So if you need a room and want to stay at the Host hotel give Julie McClure a call at 1-607-795-3501; This event has really gotten big so if you are on the fence you better get a place to stay before it is to late. If you want to upgrade to a suite for a couple of dollars more you may want to just give her a call and see if she can work anything out. Hope to see everyone there!
